What is Critical Path?

The critical path method (CPM) is a technique which can be deployed to identify tasks which need to be prioritized for timely project completion and to determine scheduling flexibilities.

A critical path in a Network Diagram of inter-linked activities is the longest sequence of activities that must be finished on time in order for the entire project to be completed without any delay.
